Who we are
This website is operated by LivEvento B.V., trading as Gaspa Event Venue, registered in Curaçao under Chamber of Commerce number 14681 (Crib 102487224), at Nijlweg 18, Willemstad, Curaçao. We are responsible for the personal data described below.

What we collect, and why
We only collect data you enter yourself. There are four places on this site where that happens:

We do not ask for payment card details anywhere on this site. Bank transfers are made directly to our account; we never receive your banking credentials.
Who can see it
Your data is stored in our business administration and is visible only to Gaspa staff who need it to handle your enquiry, quotation or booking. We do not sell your data and we do not share it for advertising.
Our website and administration run on Odoo (Odoo S.A.), which hosts the data on our behalf as our processor. Two third-party services load on this site: an embedded Google Maps map on the contact page, and Google Fonts for typography. Both are provided by Google and may receive your IP address when the page loads.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are kept only as long as we may reasonably need them to follow up. Quotations, bookings and invoices are part of our financial administration and are kept for the retention period that Curaçao law requires. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. You can also object to us using it. Email enjoy@gaspa.cw and we will respond within one month. If you disagree with how we handled your request, you can contact the Curaçao data protection authority.
Every newsletter contains an unsubscribe link. One click is enough, and you can also simply email us.
Cookies
This site uses functional cookies that are needed to make pages and forms work, and it remembers in your browser session whether you have already seen or dismissed our newsletter pop-up. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies of our own. Clearing your browser data removes these.
Changes
If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
